Robbie Williams plan to slim down for Take That reunion

Robbie Williams is planning to slim down for his Take That return by signing up for a gruelling triathlon.
The pop star has rejoined the band and is set to enter on a tour, a solo career 15 years after he quit to pursue. The singer admits he is desperate to hit the road with the toned body he sported in the boyband's heyday and has embarked on a strict diet and exercise routine to lose weight.
He said, "I've been having these set meals with 1,800 calories a day. But the problem is then I get actually hungry even after 1,800 I'm still starving. So I've been supplementing them with lots of chocolate and cake".
He added, "It's getting tougher and tougher to get the weight off now that I'm getting older. But there's a triathlon in Los Angeles coming up so I'm going to do it - I definitely need to do something".

Intrepid video gamers can master twenty five of Williams' best tunes while watching the man himself in the songs' original videos. The track listing and release date for We Sing Robbie Williams has yet to be announced, but hopefully it's out in time to bring a little fabulousness to the drab winter gaming months.

Robbie Williams rejoins British band Take That

Singer Robbie Williams is rejoining British band Take That and they have been secretly recording a new album to be released in November, the British group announced on Thursday.

The boy band dominated the British pop scene in the 1990s before Williams left in 1995 and went on to have a successful solo careeer.

The remaining members of Take That disbanded in 1996 but reformed five years ago and have since enjoyed three number one singles and two successful tours, while Williams' solo work appears to have lost impetus.
TV stations showed the first pictures of Williams and the group reunited and band member Mark Owen said he was delighted.
"Getting the five of us to be in a room together, although always a dream, never actually seemed like becoming a reality," Owen said.
"Now the reality of the five of us making a record together feels like a dream.
"It?s been an absolute delight spending time with Rob again."
The band are due to release a new single, "Shame", co written by Williams and Gary Barlow, in October, before the album goes on sale in time for the lucrative Christmas period.

Robbie Williams Back With Take That

Robbie Williams is set to rejoin Take That for a new album and a 2011 tour.
Robbie Williams is rejoining Take That.
The 36 year old singer who quit the pop group in 1995 is set to reform with his one time bandmates for a 2011 tour and a new album.
A source said: "Everything is in place now to formally announce Robbie's return to Take That for one year only. He will announce his comeback with a public statement."
Robbie and singer Gary Barlow, 39, also plan to make light of their previous difficulties in new song 'Shame' with a music video inspired by 'Brokeback Mountain' which tells the story of two cowboys secretly in love.
The song focuses on Robbie's feelings for the band, in particular when they reunited without him in 2005 following their break up in 1996.
A source told The Sun newspaper: "In the song there's a line about how he went into children's shop Toys R Us and saw the four Take That dolls in a box and realised he felt left out."
The single will be included on Robbie's upcoming greatest hits album, 'In and Out of Consciousness: The Greatest Hits 1990-2010', which he plans to release early in September so he can focus on the Take That projects afterwards.
Robbie achieved huge success as a solo artist after leaving Take That but has seen his career flounder in current years, while Gary, Howard Donald, Mark Owen and Jason Orange have had two UK number one albums, 'Beautiful World and 'The Circus', since reuniting.
