Robbie Williams has given a surprise, free outdoor concert in the German capital of Berlin.
Although the concert was announced just one day beforehand, over ten thousand fans flocked to see the singer perform his new single 'Bodies'.
And despite dismal weather, they weren't disappointed.
'It was tremendous. We came here from Halle (about two hours from Berlin) extra for this,' devoted fan Anne Pomsel said.
'We left right after work and the university to drive here and made it just in time. It was actually great.'

Christmas No1 race Robbie Williams and Susan Boyle

Seasoned chart topper Robbie Williams is facing an unlikely competitor for the Christmas No1 album slot Britain’s Got Talent star Susan Boyle.
Both singers are trying to crack America for the envied top spot and unlike Boyle, it won’t be a first attempt for Williams.
The former Take Thatter has never been able to match his European success in the U.S. and is relying intemperately on his new album, due in early November, to secure this for him and revive his fortunes.

Williams’s EMI release of Reality Killed the Radio Star will go head to head with Boyle’s I Dreamed A Dream offering from Sony, which is being released two weeks later.
But pundits are already prediction doom for Williams, with one industry veteran telling The Observer: ‘I am amazed they have elected to go up against this.’
Music commentator Paul Gambaccini said: ‘No contest, it is Susan Boyle.
‘That is not an insult to Robbie Williams, it’s just that, freaky as it sounds, Boyle is the new artist and story of the year around the world. The interest factor alone will bring her many, many sales.’
Ladbrokes bookmakers have given odds of 2-5 on Boyle’s album making the Christmas No 1 in Britain compared to Williams’s at 20-1.
Mr Gambaccini added: 'Susan Boyle has together YouTube hits of 120 million, and even if only one in 10 people buys her album, we are talking pathetic numbers.
'No one can stem that tide. She has the whole international Simon Cowell Machine behind her.'
Williams has not performed in Britain for three years and is recently in LA publicising the release of his next single.
His Rudebox album in 2006 did not sell well and he admitted hitting a 'turning point' in his career.
Boyle is also in America, promoting her version of The Rolling Stones' Wild Horses.

Robbie Williams: Robbie Williams to perform with Take That

Robbie Williams is to perform with Take That next month.
The Bodies singer has been invited to play at a particular concert the pair's singer Gary Barlow is arranging in aid of charity Children in Wants and plans to join his former band mates for a one off performance.
Williams who quit Take That in 1995, shortly before the rest of the pair went their separate ways said: "Yes, something is finally going to happen. Me and Gary have been hanging out a lot lately, talking things over.
"It's been absolutely amazing. I've always needed to be in a band ever since we split."
Grace Kelly star Mika is one of the other stars performing at the event at London's Royal Albert Hall and he is excited about Williams returning to Take That and has promised some surprises of his own.
He told Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper: "It would be nice. I'm a actual fan of Robbie and I actually like his new single Bodies.
"I'll be performing a duet. I can't say who with yet but there are going to be a lot of surprises.
"Gary has done a fantastic job. It's going to be an amazing night."
Meanwhile, Williams has resultedly been taking his girlfriend alien hunting.
The singer, who currently moved back to England, has made several late night trips to Cradle Hill, near Warminster, southern England, with actress Ayda Field to try and spot UFOs.
A source said: "During the summer, Robbie and Ayda went on loads of late night excursions. Cradle Hill used to be actually famous spot in the 60s and 70s where UFO hunters would gather en masse and scan the skies for signs of alien life. It's undergone a bit of a revival currently so Robbie has taken Ayda up there to see if they can spot anything. Ayda loves it."
Williams, 35, is obsessed with extra planetary, and claims to have seen three UFOs during his lifetime.

Electric Prom to Robbie Williams

Robbie, who just weeks ago talked about how his crippling stage fright meant he had no plans to tour, will be joined by a string section, horns and a full band for the gig at London's Roundhouse.
The October 20 gig is his first in the UK since his Close Encounters tour of 2006 and will be broadcast on Radio 1.
Robbie's performance will be the first date of the five night Electric Proms season which also features Smokey Robinson, Dizzee Rascal and Doves.
Dame Shirley Bassey has also been added to the bill, the last of the headliners for this year's gigs.
Her concert, the only UK live show this year, will mark her half century in showbusiness and she will be playing some of her most durable hits, as well as songs from her new album, The Performance.
She will play at the Roundhouse on October 23 and will be joined by the BBC Concert Orchestra for the show which is to be aired by Radio 2.
Goldfinger singer Dame Shirley said: "It actually will be a special moment for me."
Tickets for both gigs cost £25 and will go on sale tomorrow at 8am.
